Our Data Transfer Service is ideal when your old computer still works, but you need your files moved to another system.
We copy your personal data such as:
- Documents
- Pictures
- Music
- Videos
This service does not include installed programs or apps, as these must be reinstalled separately — though our technicians can assist with that if needed.
Pricing:
- Up to 1TB of data — $130 flat rate
- Under 10GB — Free (included with most repair or service jobs)
Typical turnaround: varies depending on data size and system condition.
Data Recovery Services
If your drive isn’t reading properly or files appear missing, our Data Recovery Service can often help.
This process is different from a simple transfer — we use specialised in-house recovery software to retrieve files from drives that are damaged, corrupted, or not accessible through normal means.
Pricing:
- Standard in-house recovery — $299
- No data, no fee: if nothing can be recovered, you don’t pay.
Typical turnaround: varies depending on drive condition and data size.
If our in-house recovery tools are unable to retrieve your files, we can assist you with referral to a professional data recovery specialist who may be able to perform advanced recovery at a deeper hardware level.
