Return to Base Warranty
What is RTB Warranty?
Our RTB Warranty ensures you’re supported if hardware issues arise. Here’s how it works:
- Diagnosis: We’ll first run a full diagnostic at no cost to identify the problem.
- Hardware Repairs: If we find a hardware fault, we’ll begin the return process to get your computer repaired and back up and running as quickly as possible.
Does this include my Operating System?
No, your Operating System is considered personal software and isn’t covered under the Return-to-Base Warranty. However, we will reinstall your OS once for you as part of our support. Beyond that, we can’t cover repeated reloads, as issues within the OS are typically caused by user-specific settings, software, or updates outside our control.
Servicing
Servicing Included with Your Desktop
If your desktop includes servicing (for 1, 2, or 3 years), you can book an in-store appointment for:
- Light cleaning
- Windows and BIOS updates
- CPU thermal paste reapplication (if needed)
- Optimization check (e.g., overclocked memory settings)
What it does not include
Part installation, upgrades or Deep cleaning (e.g., removing fans, radiators, or full disassembly)
Diagnostics: We can help diagnose issues, but repairs under your Return-to-Base Warranty (RTB WTY) must be booked separately.
